It is an incredibly exciting time to join the Board at Surrey Community Action.  We are responding to the changes that are coming from national and local government both for ourselves as an organisation and the communities we serve.

As a member of our Board you will draw on your experience and help to support and shape the work of Surrey Community Action.

You do not need to have had experience of being a trustee previously but a willingness to learn about the role and the responsibilities of a trustee is essential.

We have 3 vacancies on our Board and would be interested to hear from applicants with broad experience who are ideally local to Surrey and understand the area we operate in.

We would also welcome applications from people who have particular areas of expertise or knowledge of any of the following: Charities, Marketing, Local Authorities, Grants, Property or Housing.

Applicants from diverse backgrounds, including different ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds are welcomed.
