Help us set up effective remote working. We need to continue developing our team work and working on all the projects, humanitarian work, Peace Education and Partnerships.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying and using the right tools for our team communications and collaboration (eg Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Google Docs etc.) 
  • Developing a culture that helps us work effectively (eg setting expectations, feeling connected but reducing overwhelm, routines like daily check-ins etc
  • Ensuring remote working Cyber Security and GDPR 
  • Identifying key considerations and risks then providing guidance on implementing solutions to ensure compliance. 
  • Moving our process and workflows online (eg financial administration, HR procedures) 

What are we looking for?

This is a very exciting time for an IT Development individual to join our charity.We would love a volunteer who can:

  • Help us clarify what our team needs 
  • Review and agree priorities and deliverables (if necessary)
  • Identify the tools and practices that are right for our organisation 
  • Follow up with any further questions or outcomes.

What difference will you make?

With your help we will be able to continue our goals include raising awareness, improving knowledge and developing expertise in order to increase sustainability in water, air and food solutions, leading to individual peace.  Along with ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organisation beyond the challenges presented by Covid-19.
