What will you be doing?

What will you be doing?

Working closely with our current team of two software developers you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Build VR models and design environments
  • Create interactive elements of the experience including mini-games
  • Build an API to communicate to a web server and read config files

Note: As we're a small team, you will be able to negotiate which parts of the software experience you want to work with.

  • Someone to join our group of friendly volunteers, all passionate about creating a more equitable and diverse future for Science
  • We use Unity with C#, but would appreciate the support from someone with good C# experience
  • Ideally someone who can offer 2-4 hours of their time each week though give this is a voluntary position,  we are flexible with commitment times

By helping to create and develop our VR experience you will be directly contributing to our goals to: 

  • Educate students on the applications of physics using engaging material such as VR
