Enhance the awareness and engagement of Tynedale Hospice at Home on our social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn). This role not only offers valuable experience but also allows you to use your creative and social media skills.
Role Summary:
In this role you will use your online skills to help us monitor and update our social media presence. You will be acting as our ‘Social Media Gatekeeper’ whilst the communications team are unavailable. There will also be opportunities to further develop this role during your time with us.

This volunteer role has capacity to develop and expand to include other marketing opportunities for example help develop posters; post Facebook live from events; create innovative ideas to help increase our media profile.
For this role you will need excellent communication skills, experience of using social media channels, and be organised and self-motivated.
Experience of using Facebook and Instagram is expected in this role.
Experience of using X and LinkedIn is desired.
Experience of Google Analytics is also desired.
You will be supporting a great cause that is integral to the local community in providing care for those with life limiting illnesses and supporting families dealing with the loss of a loved one.
