We're on the hunt for a Social Media superstar who breathes the air of all things cool. If your finger is perpetually on the pulse of street culture, we want you - whether it's TikTok reels or Insta stories from underground gigs.

What will you be doing?

Essential skills

  • At least 3 years' experience in social media marketing, managing a brand's social channels, developing content ideas and strategies, producing content, and engaging with audiences.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience combining graphic design / illustration, media production, copywriting / journalism skills to ⁠craft engaging content across all social platforms, speaking directly to the soul of street and grassroots culture.
  • An understanding of brand tone of voice to be able to write in the style of our brand to connect, engage, and grow our digital family.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, and monitor what’s hot in the underground scenes, doing market research to translate these into actionable social media strategies and content.

What are we looking for?

You have

  • At least 3 years' experience in social media marketing, combining some of the following too: media production, copywriting, graphic design, illustration, photography, project management, market research.
  • Knowledge of London's underground scenes – and a natural curiosity to explore and find the stuff no one knows about.
  • ⁠A knack for storytelling that resonates with an urban, edgy audience.
  • Basic chops in digital content creation—whether it’s graphics, videos, or the written word, you know how to make something pop.
  • A self-starter attitude; you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in, even if you’ve never dived before.
