What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate on campaigns to promote our events, such as Behind the Brand episodes and the upcoming Undiscovered Fashion Show 2025.
  • Analyse engagement metrics and suggest ways to grow and engage our audience.
  • Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and tags.

Key Deliverables:

  • A weekly content calendar with a clear posting schedule.
  • High-quality, on-brand content that reflects our mission and resonates with our audience.
  • A monthly engagement and growth report with insights and recommendations.

Collaboration:You will work closely with the Co-Founder, Yasmin, and our small creative team, who will provide guidance and resources. We encourage you to bring your unique ideas and creativity to the role.

Flexibility:This role offers flexibility and can be tailored to your skills and interests. Whether your strengths lie in video editing, graphic design, or strategy, we are open to adapting the role to suit your expertise while meeting our needs.

What are we looking for?

  • Social Media Savvy: Experience with managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and understanding of what works for different audiences.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create eye-catching content, from posts and stories to short videos, with strong attention to visual aesthetics and messaging.
  • Engagement: Comfortable engaging with a community online, responding to comments, and sparking meaningful conversations to build a loyal audience.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset to produce original content ideas that align with our mission and resonate with our audience.
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey our message clearly and authentically.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Passion for Diversity & Creativity: A genuine interest in supporting underrepresented creatives and a passion for championing diversity in the industry.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines while staying organised.
