The Social Media Manager will oversee the Workstyle Revolution’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and creative content that reflects the community’s mission and values. 

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and post content on social platforms to align with social media strategy. 
  • Draw content from Founders, our partners and the community to inspire more broadly behind what we’re doing.
  • Bring ideas for ways we could create positive disruption on social media so more people become engaged with our work.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement.
  • Track analytics and provide reports on social media performance.
  • Improve social media following and engagement. Drive recruitment into the free Slack community, to the Workstyle Revolution shop, and to book sales through our social channels.

What are we looking for?

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience managing social media accounts professionally.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Understanding of social media analytics.
  • Creative and adaptable approach to engagement.
