Are you passionate about making noise about the real-life impact of reproductive health conditions such as PMDD, PCOS and endometriosis? We are looking for an innovative content creator who is keen to help shape the voice of Freja's.
We are looking for volunteers who want to help us develop and grow a strong presence on social media, using real-life stories to highlight what life is truly like, when you live with endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, and other reproductive health conditions.
Over the past few years we've been refining our voice online and now we are looking for someone to join our small team of social media volunteers to create content to bring our new social media strategy to life.
We are a fairly new organisation with big ambitions. Online we are building the UK's biggest library of stories on life with reproductive health conditions and we also host a round-table series: Open Up the Conversation. Offline we are working on developing creative workshops and workplace training supporting people living with endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, infertility, fibroids, and other reproductive health conditions.
You will be working directly with our volunteer social media strategist, as well as our founder.
You are passionate about making noise about the real-life impact of reproductive health conditions.
You are proficient in using Canva or similar to create content.
You have excellent planning and time-keeping skills.
You have experience in working with brand guidelines. You believe that content is to be created with an audience first
You have experience, a good understanding and track-record of how to use the different social platforms and sound understanding of which audiences can be reached where.
You’re a creative person who is not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
You’re an excellent team-player. As excited to give feedback as you are to receive it.
We truly believe that there is power in storytelling and you will use your creative skills and sound understanding of how to use the individual platforms to engage our audiences and help raise public awareness of the real, and vast, impact of living with reproductive health conditions.
Our overarching goal is to change the narrative around living with reproductive health conditions. We believe that if society at large had a better understanding of the true impact of living with conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD and other reproductive health conditions, those affected would feel less marginalised and would be more likely to receive the support needed, from family, employers and medical professionals.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team on a mission to change the way society talks, thinks and feels about reproductive health conditions.
