We are looking for an incredibly creative Social media Content creator who can help us achieve our aims by designing, scheduling and monitoring social media content.

What will you be doing?

Are you a social media whiz (is that even a word - see! we need you!) with a passion for storytelling and a knack for creating eye-catching posts? Join us as a Volunteer Social Media Content Creator and help spread positivity, one post at a time! 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves brainstorming creative ideas 
  • Can make emojis work wonders 
  • Enjoys building engaging content that connects with the right people 
  • Has a talent for writing fun, snappy captions 

In this role, you’ll help us by creating vibrant social media posts, designing fun graphics, and sharing heartwarming stories of what we do and the impact we make for Families of neurodivergent children and children affected by trauma.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is incredibly creative with a deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy to help us create original and engaging content for our social media accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions. 

You will also create and execute a content calendar. 

A good knowledge of Tik Tok, instagram, Facebook and other platforms.

Inspiring Donors and Supporters: Well created posts can inspire empathy and action. Your input can encourage people to donate, fundraise, or spread the word about our cause, we really need your help here! 

Highlighting Volunteer Efforts: Volunteers are the backbone of many charities, and you can spotlight their contributions as we grow, motivating others to step up, ultimately expanding our ability to provide more staycations to families in need.

Humanizing the Cause Through Storytelling: As a skilled social media creator you can bring a human touch to our charity’s online presence, sharing the stories of individual families and children in a respectful and meaningful way. These personal stories resonate deeply with people and can spark emotional connections that drive both awareness and donations.

Promoting Events and Fundraisers: Whether it’s an online fundraiser, awareness campaign, or a community event, you can craft engaging promotional content to attract attendees and donors. They’ll ensure our charity’s events get the attention they deserve, helping us meet fundraising goals.

In short, you can help our charity tell its story in a way that attracts more supporters, builds a sense of community, and ultimately provides more staycations to the families who need them most.
