We are looking for a creative and innovative person to join our team, assisting with the creation of content in line with our strategy at GSI.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with our mission and target audience.
  • Post on our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Support the team with various associated administrative tasks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our digital presence.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • Knowledge: Understanding of social problems and their implications for service users, and issues involved in working with vulnerable people.

Experience:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness (Essential).
  • Experience in graphic design, photo editing, and publishing (Desirable). 

Skills:

  • Ability to identify target audiences’ preferences and produce tailored content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate new ideas, persuade stakeholders, and empower people to take action.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate novel and useful ideas.
  • Problem-solving skills, including proficiency in identifying problems, analyzing them, and finding effective solutions.
  • Excellent ICT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Photoshop, Canva and Zoom.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with others to develop and implement innovative ideas.
