Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring widespread dissemination of our content, including posts, videos, and podcast episodes, across relevant groups, platforms, and communities.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

Research: Identify and analyze target audiences to understand their interests and engagement patterns.
Create content: Edit podcast episodes in shorts, publish episodes to spotify and other platforms, create engaging posts
Content Dissemination: Share and promote content across various social media platforms, online groups, and communities using Wix
Community Engagement: Interact daily with the target audience to foster a strong, active community base.
Growth Facilitation: Drive the rapid growth of our community base through strategic communication and engagement.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

Strong interest in environmental issues and a passion for sustainability.
Experience in marketing, particularly in social media and content marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct thorough research on target audiences and engagement strategies.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
