We're searching for a SharePoint specialist with a strong background in SharePoint development, including designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions for our collaboration. 

What will you be doing?

· To manage the successful development, design and integration of all elements of CHC's SharePoint environment.

· To Create a small, branded intranet portal to integrate to the SharePoint document repository.

· Oversee the administration and optimisation of our SharePoint aligning it with CHC’s goals.

· Ensure the optimal performance, availability and security of our SharePoint platform across CHC.

· Provide technical support for SharePoint

· Engage and collaborate with stakeholders in the creation and design of the intranet portal

· Deliver the roadmap for building the front-end development of the intranet portal, ensuring CHC’s and user requirements are met

· Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to understand their SharePoint needs and provide effective solutions.

· Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance staff proficiency and encourage widespread adoption of SharePoint.

What are we looking for?

· Proven experience working on SharePoint site development

· Document Management and Information Management experience

· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 particularly Teams, Outlook and SharePoint

· Proven communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

· Articulate written, visual and verbal communications, excellent copy accuracy; fluency in English is essential
