At Make More, the Senior Fundraising Manager will help lead dynamic fundraising efforts, build strong donor relationships, spearhead major campaigns, and drive the revenue growth needed to amplify our mission and expand our impact in the community.

As the Senior Fundraising Manager at Make More, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward, enabling us to make a tangible difference in the lives of underrepresented individuals from underserved communities. Through your efforts, we will expand access to life-changing opportunities, ensuring that those who need it most have the tools and support to thrive.

With our fast-growing and dynamic non-profit, launched in 2024, the Senior Fundraising Manager will fuel our rapid momentum by securing critical resources that support our diverse programs. Your leadership will empower us to continue delivering impactful initiatives in digital inclusion and assisted digital services, helping bridge the digital divide and ensuring equitable access to technology and digital tools.

They will also help us inspire the next generation through our work with children in STEM, driving innovation and curiosity among young minds from communities that have historically been excluded from these opportunities. By building these pathways, you will help shape a more equitable future for children and youth.

Additionally, your efforts will enable us to strengthen our wellbeing services and initiatives, which are aimed at bridging connections, reducing isolation, and building resilient, united communities. By championing our programs, you will be instrumental in helping people come together, find support, and improve their quality of life.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Fundraising Manager who is passionate about making a difference. You should bring:

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven success in fundraising, including major campaigns, corporate sponsorships, or grant applications.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and inspire donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on achieving fundraising goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, fundraising tools, and data management to track and report on progress.

Experience

  • A solid track record of working in a fundraising or development role, ideally within a non-profit or social impact organisation.
  • Experience managing and delivering successful fundraising strategies to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure significant funding from diverse sources, including trusts, foundations, corporates, or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with the challenges faced by underrepresented and underserved communities is highly desirable.
