What will you be doing?

The Equity Charitable Trust provides essential financial and practical support to individuals in the performing arts industry, helping those who face hardship due to ill health, injury, or career transition. The board holds eight hybrid meetings per annum and the Trustee's responsibilities will include:- Contributing to the strategic direction and governance of the charity- Overseeing the charity's financial health and ensure its resources are used effectively- Collaborating with fellow trustees to guide the organisation’s impact and sustainability- Acting as an ambassador for the Trust’s mission and values**Ideal Candidate:**- Strong charity governance experience- Passion for supporting individuals within the performing arts and creative sectors- Strategic thinker with an ability to work collaboratively- Previous experience in the non-profit or arts sector (preferred, but not required)If you’re excited about the prospect of making a real difference to the lives of performers and creatives, we’d love to hear from you.
