The University of East London's Professional Mentoring Programme provides an opportunity for employed, self-employed or retired processionals to support, guide and inspire current students and recent graduations over an 8-week mentoring relationship. The programme is designed to support students and graduates to develop their employability skills and confidence.

Once you are signed up you will be invited to attend a virtual training session. You will then be matched with a student based on your expertise and/or sector. Mentors and mentees will then meet virtually (in-person meetings are optional) for a minimum of 3 hours over the course of 8 weeks.
