You're a savvy social media operator! Can you help amplify awareness of this fun foodie fundraiser aiming to raise money so many more Muscle Dreams can be realised for children with Muscular Dystrophy?
You are a self-starter, a strong communicator, with social media experience. If you love meatballs or not, this is a playful initiative that's caught the attention of many top chefs! It's a fundraiser with a simple goal ~ to encouraging for example foodie social influencers to get behind it and help make more Muscle Dreams a reality! This is a short-term (4 months) project.
We are looking for a savvy social media volunteer to help us drive this fundraiser forward. With support from MHF's CEO, you will have full autonomy across our social channels to help make this an even greater success in 2025. You'll have bags of energy, initiative and great comms skills. We have most assets in place including a fundraising micro-site - check it out at: meatballs4md.org
The key deliverable is to amplify awareness, exploiting social media by posting messages that will help generate awareness and engagement. With your help, we want to make lots of 'social noise'. Ideally, you will start this voluntary opportunity in May/June 2025, building social momentum.
In addition to MHF's CEO, you will work with 1-2 volunteers, with copy-writing and creative graphic skills, making sure that messaging is aligned and has impact across our social platforms.
We believe this role will lend itself brilliantly to someone who may not only be a bit of a foodie but who can also see the opportunity and CAN MAKE THINGS HAPPEN - we've no doubt that it will be a fun short-term project, with tons and tons and tons of flexibility.
We'll support the volunteer as much as we possibly can to ensure that this fundraiser is a tasty success! Got a creative flair? Got great digital skills? Know how to leverage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn? If so, we so want to hear from you.
Do you watch those fun foodie TV shows? Maybe you know some chefs or restaurant chains or a pub or hotel group? Maybe, just maybe, you know people that might be interested in partnering with us in support of this fundraiser? If so, let's talk!
