AYP engages over 1,000 young people per year. We need a good CRM system to engage our service users and measure their achievements. Salesforce have given our charity free usage saving us thousands of pounds a year.
A person who gave us a few hours of free time wrote this as a summary:
Sprint 1 will include building and configuring salesforce according to requirements concerning beneficiaries of Ansar Youth Project. This will include database storage of youth members as contacts in salesforce, managing youth programmes & trips, managing youth incidents and more. Please refer to the user stories document for a full list of what will be covered in sprint 1.
Sprint 2 will include building and configuring salesforce according to requirements featuring people that help the charity function. This can include anything from grant management to youth worker management and more. Please refer to the sprint 2 tab on the user stories document.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Ansar Youth Project (AYP) is a youth-led charity providing youth services to 500 young people each year and providing emergency food aid to over 300 people per week.
Over the course of the pandemic, AYP has been instrumental in supporting those suffering from food poverty. When council food banks became overrun, the young people leading AYP started a food bank to support those who were on waiting lists for aid and in immediate danger of starvation.
