Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to build out new functionality within our existing Salesforce org to support Project Flourish, a jobs programme for young people.

What will you be doing?

  • Remote role - you will be working with our Programme team. We would like to have the build ready for testing by the end of July/early August.
  • Using your laptop.
  • The system needs to capture detailed, individual-level data about participants and their journey through the programme, from job application to bursary support.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Salesforce development, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our team and users.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
  • Reliable access to a computer with a stable internet connection.
  • Willingness to commit a minimum of 3 hours per week to the role, with flexibility based on the needs of the charity.
  • Familiarity with non-profit organizations and their unique Salesforce requirements is a plus.

What difference will you make?

  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of a charitable organization.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated and passionate team of professionals committed to making a difference.

Before you apply

Please apply through Reach and contact us here if you have any questions. Interviews will be an informal Teams chat with a member of the Programmes team.
