We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to build out new functionality within our existing Salesforce org to support Project Flourish, a jobs programme for young people.
- Remote role - you will be working with our Programme team. We would like to have the build ready for testing by the end of July/early August.
- Using your laptop.
- The system needs to capture detailed, individual-level data about participants and their journey through the programme, from job application to bursary support.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Salesforce development, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations to identify appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our team and users.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
- Reliable access to a computer with a stable internet connection.
- Willingness to commit a minimum of 3 hours per week to the role, with flexibility based on the needs of the charity.
- Familiarity with non-profit organizations and their unique Salesforce requirements is a plus.
