We are looking for an experience IT professional with strong experience of Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) systems, following last year Social Action for Health began implementing Salesforce into the organisation.
At present Salesforce is running on one project, finance /HR are next and then will gradually role out in the coming projects over the coming year.
The role would involve supporting all aspects of Salesforce system and supporting the IT manager with any projects or organisational related work.
In addition, particularly supporting the imminent implementation of Salesforce in the Finance and HR area.

We are looking for an experienced IT professional. The skilled volunteer would need to approach their work flexibly, be adaptable, have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work with an eclectic staff team.
Adhere to our people values, be self motivated and have experience of working to deadlines.
