What will you be doing?

Are you a passionate communicator with a knack for building relationships? We’re looking for a volunteer Sales & Marketing/ New Business Specialist to help grow our Employee Benefit Scheme. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to engage corporate clients, promoting Homeshare as a valuable employee benefit while driving sales and building meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Opportunities: Research and target HR teams, employee benefits managers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Engage and Inspire: Reach out to prospects and present the Homeshare scheme as an innovative way to support caregivers in their workforce.
  • Create Compelling Pitches: Tailor and help present sales decks to show how Homeshare can reduce employee stress and enhance well-being.
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust with decision-makers, addressing their needs and concerns through meetings,emails and phone calls. 
  • Drive Sales: Guide clients through the sales process—from first contact to closing the deal.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proactive, goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Relationship-building expertise and confidence in influencing decision-makers.
  • Experience in email and phone call outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a bonus.
