Hackney Foodbank needs help developing a salary scale for its employees
Hackney Foodbank has grown dramatically over the past two years. This has sometimes led to inconsistencies in salaries and a lack of career progression for staff. We now want some help in developing a salary scale that we can use for future salary advances and new recruits.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in developing a salary scale for a team of 20.
This work will enable the board and CEO to have confidence in their decision making in the future.
