Worcester Sea Cadets are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer to join its Unit Management Team (UMT) to support the management, and sustainability of the unit. Our aim at Sea Cadets is to give young people the best possible head start in life.  We pride ourselves on building young people's confidence, self esteem and resilience as well as qualifications, skills and friendships for life.  None of this would be possible without our fantastic team of volunteers!  By being actively involved in the Unit Management Team you will be ensuring the unit is safe, successful and sustainable, allowing more young people to access the fantastic opportunities available to them through Sea Cadets.
