Recruitment Manager oversees recruitment across the charity including implementing recruitment strategies and providing support to Recruitment Officers.

What will you be doing?

The Recruitment Manager oversees the recruitment of volunteers. This including providing oversight and support to Chapter Recruitment Officers, facilitating easy progression from interested to qualified for volunteers, and managing central recruitment activities. As part of this, they proactively build connection, advertise the charity and run recruitment events and activities as needed.

What are we looking for?

The Recruitment Manager should have experience in both recruitment and volunteer management. They will need to manage Recruitment Officers to support them in their role, help to write policy to break down barriers facing volunteers and expand the charity into new recruitment streams.
