Develop a strategy to fill our priority requirements across the Sevenoaks District using our website,recruitment websites, mailing lists, Facebook,events, partnerships etc. Engage with applications and expressions of interest.

What will you be doing?

To help us support a growing number of refugees in our area - from Syria, Afghanistan and Ukraine - we are looking to recruit more volunteers to help. As Recruitment Lead, you will work closely with the Volunteer Trustee and the Volunteer Coordinator to support the recruitment efforts for our organisation. You will help develop and implement a recruitment strategy and plan to fill priority volunteer requirements, ensuring that we have the right people in place to support our initiatives.Using our website, recruitment websites, our mailing list, Facebook, events, partnerships and other contacts the Recruitment Lead will advertise priority roles across the Sevenoaks District area, and engage with applications and expressions of interest.

What are we looking for?

3-5 years professional experience in recruitment is essential.
