Sutton Sea Cadets, based in Wallington South London, is a youth organisation (registered charity) with the aim to give young people an experience that will help them grow into the person they want to be in a safe and friendly environment.
To help us achieve our aim we are looking for a Recruitment Champion to join our Unit Management Team, (UMT) who, collectively, provide support to the running of the Unit. This is a voluntary role and an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen to work in the community.
We are looking for someone with recruitment experience who can help recruit new adult volunteers and cadets, by way of campaigns, community engagement and general social awareness.
We very have ambitious plans to grow our unit and offer opportunities to more young people in our community. The role of Recruitment Champion is pivotal to achieving our aims by way of helping us in place sufficient volunteer resources i.e. adult volunteers.
