A full role description is available with this volunteering opportunity. We would ask the successful volunteer applicant to commit to a minimum of 3 months with us.

What are we looking for?

We are offering a volunteering opportunity to someone who has a passion for working with people and has a natural curiosity.

Our volunteer recruiter will have gained experience in the recruitment process in the past, can demonstrate the ability to manage expectations, patience, empathy and has good organisation, communication, and listing skills. Ideally, experience of conducting interviews, recruiting or being a volunteer and using relevant technology.

Cre8 welcomes and embraces volunteers from all walks of life, and we are strongly committed to fostering a culture of diversity and will provide an equal opportunity to all without regard to race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation and identity, national origin, age, disability or any other legally protected status.

What difference will you make?

Our volunteers are the lifeblood of Cre8 and allow us to make a positive difference to the children, young people, and families we support, so you will be playing a very important part when volunteering with us.

The undertaking of this role will increase our sustainability and allow others in the organisation to focus on their areas of expertise. This will eventually allow Cre8 to grow and have a greater impact on the communities we serve.
