Join us as a beacon of empowerment and allyship to Professional Women’s Network (PWN) London! As our ambassador, you’ll champion the advancement of women in leadership, representing them across all sectors at the highest levels of influence. 

What will you be doing?

your role is central to championing the interests of professional women nationally. Drawing on your deep understanding of the community, you play a key part in addressing their unique needs and challenges, fostering widespread engagement, and establishing impactful partnerships with both local and national organizations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Community Insight: Leverage your deep understanding of the national professional women’s community to provide valuable insights into their specific needs and challenges.
  2. Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement tailored strategies to foster nationwide community engagement, ensuring inclusivity and representation of professional women at a national level.
  3. Partnership Building: Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships not only with local organizations but also on a national scale, aligning with PWN’s mission of empowering professional women.
  4. Advocacy: Advocate for the interests and aspirations of professional women on a national level within PWN, collaborating with internal stakeholders to address identified needs.
  5. Communication: Effectively communicate PWN’s initiatives, programs, and opportunities to the national professional women’s community, schools, promoting transparency and understanding.

Time Commitment:A flexible time commitment, aligned with the dynamic demands of nationwide community engagement, partnership building, and advocacy within the professional women’s space.

What are we looking for?

Ideal Background/Experience:

  • Strong affiliation with the national professional women’s community and a profound understanding of their dynamics.
  • Proven experience in nationwide community engagement or outreach activities, particularly within the context of professional development for women.
  • Networking skills to establish and maintain meaningful partnerships with both local and national organizations supporting women’s empowerment.
  • Advocacy experience, demonstrating the ability to articulate and represent the unique needs of professional women on a national scale.
  • Effective communication skills to convey PWN’s mission and initiatives to the national professional women’s community.
