What will you be doing?

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Public Relations Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage public relations activities, respond to queries, and facilitate effective communication between the organization and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media relations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to craft compelling press releases.

 

What are we looking for?

Responsibilities:

  1. Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts. Respond promptly and professionally to media inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.

  2. Press Release Management: Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for press materials.

  3. Crisis Communication: Act as a point of contact for media inquiries during crisis situations. Work closely with leadership to develop and execute communication strategies.

  4. Content Creation: Develop engaging and newsworthy content for various communication channels, including press releases, blog posts, and social media updates.

  5. Event Support: Collaborate with event planning teams to ensure effective PR coverage for events. Prepare relevant materials and assist in managing media presence.

  6. Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage and industry trends. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of PR strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  7. Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador by consistently communicating key messages and maintaining a positive public image.
