You will take responsibility for creating content, writing copy and engaging stories about Clothe Me -Thank You. Your work will help us to raise our profile and let the public know about the work we do. 

What will you be doing?

  • Research and produce clear and concise written copy enabling communication of articles and stories about activities that are happening within Clothe Me - Thank You and its associated partnerships and organisations
  • Work with our Webmaster to develop articles and stories to be uploaded as web content and social media
  • Research opportunities with media outlets to publish press releases
  • Produce and communicate press release
  • Assist with other communication activities when required

What are we looking for?

You are imaginative, experienced and eloquent in telling the story. Enjoy working autonomously but also as a team player.

  • Experience (at least three years professional) of writing and producing written copy for articles, and or other published media.
  • Must be able to research, develop and produce copy working on own initiative
  • Keen to play an important role at this time in advancing the work of Clothe Me - Thank You in its role supporting people living in poverty and it's innovative mechanism
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Our goals include working towards raising awareness, improving knowledge and developing our fundraising opportunities in order to increase sustainability of our voucher provision to the people who need help with their clothing the most.
