What will you be doing?

Are you passionate about empowering international talents and managing impactful projects? Do you have strong organizational skills and a drive to create meaningful change? Global Careers Tribe (GCT) is looking for Project Managers to lead initiatives that support international job seekers and students.

Vacancy Details

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you can choose to focus on the activities that align with your skills, interests, and the industry you are passionate about. Potential responsibilities include:

  • Lead and Coordinate Projects: Oversee initiatives that help international students and job seekers, such as awareness campaigns, Q&A sessions, mentorship programs, and peer-to-peer training.
  • Develop Free Resources: Create valuable guides and toolkits for different career paths, including to-do-actions checklists, CV templates, guidance videos, etc.
  • Organize Q&A Sessions and Events: Arrange discussions with employers, alumni, and recruitment agencies, ensuring meaningful engagement and knowledge-sharing.
  • Support Mentorship and Volunteering Programs: Connect international job seekers with mentors and volunteering opportunities to enhance their employability skills.
  • Foster Online and In-person Communities: Manage subject-based hubs where international professionals collaborate and solve real-world challenges.
  • Train and Empower Peers: Provide training to international students, helping them develop career advisory skills and improve their job search strategies.
  • Manage Pre-Recorded and Written Content: Encourage international students to contribute blogs, videos, and other digital content that supports their peers.

  • Willingness to Suggest Innovative Ways to Support and Guide International Talents: Open-mindedness and creativity in shaping new solutions for the community.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to guide volunteers, facilitate discussions, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Social Media and Content Creation: Experience in digital campaigns, event promotion, or storytelling is beneficial but not essential.
