Outreach Community CIC, a new organisation dedicated to providing Safety, Stability and Success for young people. We are seeking a Project Lead Volunteer to oversee the planning and evaluation of specific projects within our organisation. 

What will you be doing?

Outreach Community CIC, a new organisation within the Outreach initiative is dedicated to providing Safety, Stability and Success for young people. Our mission is to develop a variety of programmes and opportunities aimed at helping young people in East London to thrive and reach their full potential.

We are seeking a Project/Programme Lead Volunteer to oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of specific projects within our organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage project teams, coordinate resources and ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. This volunteer will work closely with stakeholders, set project goals, monitor the progress of projects and report on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Developing Community Initiatives: Creating and implementing projects and programs that address community needs and enhance community engagement.
  • Overseeing Projects and Programmes: Managing all aspects of project and program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders to support project objectives.
  • Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources effectively to ensure project success within budget and time constraints.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Monitoring project progress, evaluating outcomes, and preparing reports for stakeholders and funders.
