Join our team as a Programme Manager and lead impactful programmes that empower disabled individuals and foster inclusive communities. Your strategic oversight and leadership will drive the development and success of our initiatives.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated leaders to manage our programmes. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and operation of various projects that align with our mission to support disabled individuals. You will provide strategic and operational support to trustee teams, ensuring the empowerment of people with disabilities.

In this role, you will embody our core values and excel at building meaningful relationships with diverse individuals and organizations. Your ability to use positivity and empathy to inspire and motivate others will be key to driving the success of your team and the programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management, including preparation and implementation of our programs, ensuring all moving parts are well-coordinated.
  • Create and improve program content, including written materials for training programs.
  • Facilitate activities alongside charity founders and lead the assessment process.
  • Develop and document systems to streamline program preparation and execution, making it more efficient and easier to onboard new team members.
  • Collaborate closely with fundraising colleagues to develop content and proposals for fundraising purposes.
  • Establish and implement ways of working with fundraising teams to enhance programme development.
