What will you be doing?

This is a Board advisor role. Board advisors typically serve a term of 12 months before potentially being invited to join the Board as a trustee. Board meetings are held every two months and Board advisors are also encouraged to join other working committees. This is a volunteer role; candidates must be based in / have a right to work in the UK.

This role will:

  • Provide support and guidance to the programme team to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of all aspects of the RF programme
  • Support the ongoing development of effective impact measurement and reporting
  • Help to introduce more structure, standardisation and replicability into the programme to ensure scalability and growth
  • Support the monetisation of services (eg. mentoring, schools funding)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced charity programme leader to help us develop the effectiveness and efficiency of all aspects of our programme and to make it capable of scaling at pace.

What difference will you make?

The Board recognises the enormous value of getting support from experts in particular fields and the ability to draw on a wide range of expertise and experience is crucial to small charities. As RF looks to embark on the next stage in its evolution and increase our reach, the role of Programme & Impact Advisor is key to achieving this aim. By supporting our team to develop and deliver long-term and sustainable income streams from a variety of sources you will have an enormous impact on RF’s ability to change the lives of young Londoners.
