We're 100% remote and we do weekly team meetings on Monday evenings. Other meetings are fully held online and most status updates are done via Slack.

What will you be doing?

We're currently looking for a volunteer Diversity and Inclusion Programme Director  is passionate and eager to lead projects from inception to execution success. Working alongside the Chief Impact Officer, you will be tasked to research, refine the plan, strategy, impact goals and timeline and drive progress.

You will work with a highly motivated young and remarkable team and will collaborate with external contributors and organisations working passionately within the D&I space. This role can potentially transition into a part-time/ full-time role. We would like to hear from you if you have demonstrable personal experience and passion in developing diversity and inclusion projects and preferably with leadership skills and experience.

You will have strong interpersonal skills and can thrive in ambiguity or whenever given complex and challenging information and simplify them into a clear and simple action plan. You have a strong sense of direction who can identify the next steps and has a bias for action.

What are we looking for?

-A track record of experience in delivering D&I projects.

-A sound leadership experience.

-Passion for Diversity & Inclusion

-Can work autonomously and as a part of a team

-Have existing networks within D&I ecosystem 

-Can lead in scouting for programme development and funding opportunities

-Can commit to volunteering 10hrs per week
