A mix of asynchronous working and regular team meetings via Microsoft Teams will be offered for support and inclusion within the Adenydd team.

The MS365 Power Platform Automation Specialist provides expertise in designing, building, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting business process workflow automation built on Microsoft Power Platform technologies.  

What will you be doing?

You will have at least 3 years’ experience in this field and be keen to use tiur skills to support the automation of various tasks and processes within our charity. Your Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement new solutions using the Microsoft 365 suite of applications (i.e. SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams, and Power BI). 
  • Review and propose improvements to current business process automation built on the Microsoft 365 Power Suite.  
  • Analyze business challenges, identify and articulate requirements to support system and process improvements and propose alternative technical solutions. 
  • Develop reports and dashboards with data using visualization software (e.g. Power BI) 
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues inside the Adenydd Power Platform suite. 
  • Participate in initiatives to evolve business practices. 
  • Build and maintain strategic working relationships and networks with all teams, such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Digital and others. 
  • Serve as a mentor and/or coach; provide guidance, training and constructive feedback to all levels of Adenydd personnel.  

What are we looking for?

Your Background: 

  • 3 years of experience working with the Microsoft and Office 365 automation platforms (Power Platforms, Automate, Power Apps, etc.) 
  • Have a strong proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Power BI, etc... 
  • Microsoft 365/SharePoint workflow and process automation experience.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements. 
  • Independent and critical thinking and decision-making abilities. 
  • Provide guidance and constructive feedback to less experienced colleagues. 
  • Build and work collaboratively within and across departments or teams. 
  • Manage time and projects effectively by adjusting quickly to new and different priorities.

You will make a huge difference to our charity as we are a very small team currently. You will work closely with the CEO and Charity Administrator.
