As a Policy Research and Project Management Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our policy research initiatives and managing projects that aim to revolutionise maritime search and rescue strategies at the international level.

What will you be doing?

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented volunteer to join our team. As a Research and Project Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our policy research initiatives and managing projects that aim to revolutionise maritime search and rescue and emergency response strategies at the international level.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with conducting comprehensive research on maritime safety and emergency response policies with a range on national and international stakeholders
  • Analyse data and compile reports to support policy recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
  • Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure delivery of milestones.
