We need a brilliant podcast Strategist, to help is with our Rebel Justice podcast.

What will you be doing?

We have developed a brilliant podcast about the experiences of women in the justice system, the leaders in the field who are making a difference and the intersection of art, justice and feminism which is the scope of our podcast. You can hear it anywhere you get your podcasts, search for Rebel Justice.

We need your help to:

  • Implement strategies to promote our podcasts
  • Help us build a strategy template to leverage our guest’s audience
  • Promote on social media … in a dozen different ways
  • Convert the audio to a YouTube video
  • Submit our podcast to podcatchers and aggregators
  • Run a giveaway contest
  • Find partners to mention us
  • Help us to be a guest on other people’s podcasts    
  • Find  ways in which we can promote our Podcasts in more places, with clearly defined strategies/objectives.
  • Present your ideas to our podcast production team, so we can help and manage objectives and smoothly apply the
  • Promote podcasts on social media, writing transcripts and descriptions, creating a community around our Podcasts.
  • Market research and finding innovative ways to gain a wider audience
  • This is an opportunity to be creative and also try out different roles that may suit you, including marketing, content creation and fundraising

What are we looking for?

You should have 3 years or more marketing and broadcast experience, and an interest in human rights, social justice and feminism.

You'll be passionate about The View and our mission to create a fairer society. 

Ideally you'll have social media and marketing expertise, with a liberal dash of compassion, patience and be able to work collaboratively.

What difference will you make?

  • The View Magazine advocates for a reform in the criminal justice system especially speaking out about the poor treatment of women and members of BAME communities in prisons.
  • Your contribution will ensure the magazine can reach a wider audience through our website to support women’s rights and human rights.
  • Your work will help create more awareness of what we do, through listening to or podcasts, subscribing to our Magazine, buying out art, you will help us to grow and provide support to more people
