Podcast Producer / Project Manager (Audio & Video)

What will you be doing?

NaariSamata is a small but passionate volunteer-led charity dedicated to promoting equality and empowerment for women and girls. We’re looking for a Podcast Producer / Project Manager to take the lead on our audio and video podcast series:

Let’s Talk About – an awareness podcast addressing difficult but essential topics like domestic abuse, isolation, postpartum depression, and more.

Her Story – a platform for real women to share personal, powerful stories of resilience, strength, and transformation.

Both podcasts are produced in audio and video formats, reaching listeners and viewers across multiple platforms.

 

 What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee podcast planning, scheduling, and production timelines
  • Coordinate recording sessions (remotely) for both video and audio
  • Work with podcast hosts, guests, editors, and marketing volunteers
  • Guide content development – from topic selection to episode structure
  • Ensure high-quality output and manage video/audio post-production workflows
  • Support podcast distribution on platforms like YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.
  • Help build audience engagement through social media clips, reels, and promotion

What are we looking for?

You’re Ideal for This Role If You:

  • Have experience with audio/video podcast production or multimedia storytelling
  • Are confident with remote collaboration and managing creative projects
  • Care about gender issues and want to contribute to women-led stories that matter
  • Are organised, proactive, and good at juggling different tasks
