Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

We are looking for a photographer who could help us capture a project where our children and young people will be empowering the blind community throug a social project.

What will you be doing?

We aim to empower a generation in understanding the power of their own moral compass and thereby become heroes who will make the world a better place.

We are called Being The Cure. Watch this video to know more about us: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P5SCT_ud8QM

We are looking for a photographer to tell the story of a group of children who are embarking on a project to uplift and empower the blind community. This project will take place in Plaistow, London on the 12th and Stratford on the 19th of July.

The project will include photographing high profile delegates (like the Mayor).

Attendance on these two days is required (approx 4 hours), and post production may be required.

You will have good camera operating skills, your own equipment (preferably a long lens and lighting) and the support of an experienced Being The Cure director working alongside you.

What are we looking for?

What difference will you make?

You will help us reach out to people to make them aware of the work we do so that it can benefit more and more children and young people.
