What will you be doing?

Are you passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture? We're looking for a People and Culture Lead to join our team and take charge of ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new members, as well as providing ongoing support and development for our valued volunteers. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring, motivating, and accrediting our volunteers, while also generating exciting volunteering opportunities tailored to the needs of our organisation. Your attention to detail will shine as you manage document records and contribute to the development of our strategy through attendance at meetings and administrative tasks.

Your innovative thinking and strategic mindset will be invaluable as you collaborate with leadership to develop impact strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting research and development of policies and procedures. What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years professional experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, an ability for building relationships, and a genuine commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
