Peer support workers may also get involved in assessments, 1:1 support or signposting where necessary.
Qualifications and experience
At least three years experience of working with vulnerable service users in a mental health context, ideally with some knowledge of trauma.
Key Skills
Our service users have told us that these groups are a vital source of support, providing them with ongoing support and a reassurance that there are safe and supportive spaces available for as long as they need them.
