We are looking for a Non-Executive Director to support the directorial leadership of the company. As a C.I.C we are looking for someone who supports our vision and commitment to our community.

What will you be doing?

Anansi Theatre Company are looking for a Non-Executive Director to join our team.

Our work includes participation with young girls and women of the global majority, performances, events and consultations. Our aim is to open up access and opportunities. We want to develop new ideas and pass on the ways of working and thinking that come from our practice. Across all our activity, we aim to broaden the reach and impact of our creative work, increase the diversity of our audiences, and promote inclusion, equality and excellence.

What are we looking for?

  • A keen interest in vision, mission and purpose of Anansi Theatre Company.
  • Experience working in working in the creative industry.
  • Experience in the strategic or creative processes of a company or organisation.
  • Have experience in working with a theatre company.
  • Have board experience.
  • Be able to support with HR Have marketing experience.
  • Have experience in finance, such as supporting with budgets.
  • Support our growth and commitment to our community.
  • Have established partnerships and contacts.
