St George Housing aims to deliver safe, affordable housing to those who need it most. Sand is a non profit social landlord providing homes and services to the most vulnerable people in society.
We are looking for one non executive director who is a chartered accountant and with recent financial experience to join this exciting new start up housing association. Meetings will take place at least four times a year.
We need one Board member to have recent finance experience and/or to be a qualified accountant. It would also be desirable to also have recent housing experience.
You will join 3 other Board members who have a strong background in social housing, Law, Governance , property development, income collection and Welfare Reform.
The role will be remote as we will conduct meetings via Microsoft Teams.
We are looking for one Board member with recent finance experience or who is a qualified accountant, and the other with social housing and/or development experience.
Will be accountable and responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation.
