Enthusiastic new Trustees sought to join our grant-making charity which provides grants to art students and arts outreach programmes through academic institutions in Greater London, at an exciting time of growth and modernisation.

What will you be doing?

The RFSA Foundation is increasing it's Board of Trustees, to help implement an updated new strategy and increase our future impact on widening access to arts education in Greater London. A board of trustees is a group of people with overall responsibility for the management of an organisation. Board Members normally do not deliver the work of an organisation. They set the overall direction, approve budgets and support staff by talking through new ideas, and progressing existing plans. The Board has ultimate responsibility for the governance and strategic direction of the organisation to achieve its charitable objectives.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking two new trustees with expertise in one or more of the following:

  • Further Education

  • Legal

Experience of the charity or grant making sector is desirable, alongside a passion for the arts.
