What will you be doing?

About UsWe’re Enna, a social enterprise dedicated to championing neurodiversity in the workplace. Through specialist services like neurodiversity training, career coaching, and recruitment services, we’re making a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent individuals and their employers.

The OpportunityWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical volunteer to:

  • Review our financial processes and cash flow to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse revenue streams, pricing and cost structures to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance sustainability and efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in the social enterprise space while developing their professional skills.

Skills and Experience

  • Financial Analysis: Ability to evaluate budgets, cash flow, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Business Strategy Development: Expertise in identifying growth opportunities and creating actionable plans.
  • Cost Management: Skill in analysing expenses and proposing cost saving measures.
  • Data Interpretation: Ability to use financial insights to inform decision making.
  • Problem Solving: A creative and methodical approach to overcoming challenges.
