Help develop and execute smart media plans that amplify PSJUK's mission and message. Work closely with our CEO and Media Team to reach our target audiences effectively.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking for Media Leads to join our team of volunteers. In this role, you’ll be:

  • Developing and executing media strategies tailored to our target audience.
  • Conducting research to identify media trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with our CEO and Media Team to ensure alignment across platforms and initiatives 

There is some flexibility in how you approach the work, and we’re open to your insights and creativity.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in media strategy development and execution, with strong audience targeting and channel expertise.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to identify trends and craft compelling messages.
  • Creativity and adaptability across media formats and distribution networks, including digital platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the confidence to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel for organizing media plans and data insights.
  • Passion for storytelling, advocacy, and community engagement, especially around social justice and international development themes.
  • Self-motivated leader and proactive networker, able to work independently while inspiring and managing others diplomatically.
