What will you be doing?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our brand ambassadors and other key partnerships that enhance our marketing efforts. This role is crucial in driving our mission forward by leveraging partnerships to increase visibility and support for our cause. 

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will:    

  • Have a visible passion for healthy lifestyle and for engaging in charitable work to contribute to improved public health  
  • Have an enthusiasm for marketing and brand communications  
  • Highly organised and with the ability to plan work, project manage and prioritise   
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)   
  • Have a high level of attention to detail  
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills   
  • Be a team player who is positive, hands on and able to get the best out of a team  

Experience / Skills    

  • At least 5 years’ experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, or a similar role. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously. 
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.  
  • Passion and energy to drive projects forward and contribute ideas to the team   
  • Experience of working for Charities and/or volunteer organisations is desirable but not required

Your responsibilities   

As a Marketing Partnership Lead your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:     

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and other partners. 
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with our mission and marketing goals. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute partnership strategies and campaigns. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights. 
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure all terms are met. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership marketing.
