We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Professional to join our team to help us help people who are looking for a job in IT!

What will you be doing?

Are you passionate about creating engaging content and driving online communities among ethnic minority?

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Create compelling content (graphics, videos, copy) that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals
Monitor and engage with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices

What are we looking for?

Skills:

Social Media Management: Proven experience managing multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and original content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored to different platforms and audiences.
