Are you an expert in Social Media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Insta? Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of autistic children and their families? Is so, lets talk!

What will you be doing?

The Transforming Autism Project is a growing charity, focused on early interventions for autistic children. As a start-up charity we have lots of opportunities to get involved in social media campaigns to support our fundraising and recruitment activities, as well as publishing our general content which supports the families of autistic children and also supports our vision to change the perception of autism.

If you have experience of managing social media marketing campaigns, are comfortable with interaction through social media, and would like to support our charity on a volunteer basis for 3-7 hours per week, please get in touch.

What are we looking for?

You will be required to have significant experience of writing and editing marketing content for social media platforms such as facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You will also be competent and engaging when interacting with our followers.

You will also have experience of building strategies to increase social media following. You may also have significant PR experience.

What difference will you make?

You'll increase our social media following which enables us to increase our fundraising ability. This will allow us to launch our family services model.

The promotion of our content also supports our vision of changing the perceptions of autism, making a difference in the lives of autistic children and their parents.

What's in it for the volunteer?

This opportunity would suit someone whose life has been touched by autism, or with SEN. It may also support someone who is looking to refine or build on their Social Media Marketing experience in their spare time. We are a close knit and friendly charity. We work closely together and make an art form of remote working.
