Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

We're seeking a visionary person to lead our marketing & creative strategy. Ideal for someone with a background in advertising and creative direction, passionate about using storytelling and communication to inspire action and drive real change

What will you be doing?

We're a team of activists delivering an ambitious, global, world-changing vision - and we're looking to add a senior marketing strategist to the team to take the lead on ensuring our message gets to the right people in the most powerful way.

We have a strong story to tell. We platform the communities most at-risk from climate injustice to firstly humanise climate change; to secondly underline the urgency of the issue and thirdly show that communities are already speaking up and organising and seeking representation.

We're looking for one or more people to contribute or lead the building of a well rounded, resilient, efficient and motivated marketing team who can ensure communication around our actions is evocative, impactful, consistent and on-message.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with our mission and amplifies our impact.
  • Campaign Development: Craft compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, leveraging storytelling to highlight our initiatives and the communities we support.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency across all platforms, refining our visual identity and messaging to reflect our values and objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our volunteer team, providing guidance and fostering a creative environment that encourages innovation.

  • Experienced in marketing strategy, campaign development, and creative direction.
  • Proficient in social media marketing, graphic design, and storytelling.

  • Skilled in leading teams and managing projects in a volunteer-driven environment.
